National Artist (RTGS: Sinlapin Haeng Chat, Thai: ศิลปินแห่งชาติ) is a title given annually by the Office of the National Culture Commission of Thailand for notable Thai artists. This includes literature, fine arts, visual arts, applied arts (e.g., architecture and design) and performing arts (e.g., Thai and international dances, puppetry and shadow puppet play, Thai and international music, drama and film).
